Kontroler TPS

Moc:
105A -1500A I 230V-1000V

Dostarczane przez CES, tyrystorowe kontrolery mocy TPS (SI-HCS/TSE) są 3-fazowymi urządzeniami cyfrowymi, zaprojektowanymi do ciężkich aplikacji dla wszystkich typów obciążeń rezystancyjnych i indukcyjnych (kontrola temperatury grzałek, itp.). Pracują na zasadzie przejścia przez zero (Zero-crossing) lub kontroli kąta fazowego (Phase Control).

Podstawowe cechy

  • Prąd znamionowy: 105-1500A
  • Napięcie znamionowe robocze: 230-100 V +10% -15% (napięcia znamionowego)
  • Napięcie sterowania 115VAC lub 230VAC +10% -15%, 50/60 Hz lub 24VDC
  • Praca ciągła
  • Trzy kontrolowane fazy
  • Obudowa IP00
  • Temperatura pracy: 0-50ºC
  • Metoda chłodzenia: wymuszona powietrzem
  • Trzy przekładniki prądowe (CT)
  • Tryby połączeń

    • Wye – przewód neutralny podłączony/ niepodłączony
    • Trójkąt
    • 6 przewodów (Inside delta)

Sterowanie

  • Sterowanie cyfrowe
  • Metody zapłonu: Przejście przez zero i kontrola kata zapłonu
  • Cykl załącz-wyłącz (On-Off) 1000 – 4000 ms.
  • Wejście referencyjne 0-10V >100K. / 4-20 mA <100_
  • Opcjonalne sterowanie przez zewnętrzny potencjometr.
  • Wejście Start (z wewnętrznym opóźnieniem 0-5 sek.)
  • Opcjonalny tryb synchronizacji dla wyrównania obciążeń przy pracy kilku układów - Wyjścia przekaźnikowe - Praca, Alarm, Wyłączenie.
